He is the grandson of legendary R&B artist Solomon Burke. 2. Oscar, Carlos and Kevin met when they were really young and on one sleepless night they decide they would love to start a band and play in it, neither Carlos or Kevin knew how to play an instrument, they threw a coin toss and decided that one would play the bass and the other one the drums, with time they decided to let Alejandro "Carica" play the other guitar, back in that day the band was called C3. In time the band started to gain some respect and started playing in several clubs, in 2002 "Carica" leaves the band and David "Vito" comes into the picture giving their music another twist, they changed their name to Nobel in honor of the park where they've met for over 15 years, later on they registered the name NOVEL which had a significant and real meaning which was "New, Rookies", as day pass by more and more people like their music and their dreams. ...show less
