Upside Down: The Creation Records Story OST competition

"Outsiders, chancers, lunatics, misfits, drug addicts and sociopaths." That's how the cast of Upside Down: The Creation Records Story are described. "It's all about the music and the clothes and the drugs and the football and going and having a great night out," says Noel Gallagher. "Who wouldn't want to be involved in all that?"

Alan McGee's independent record label tore up the rule book during the late '80s and '90s. Home to Oasis, Primal Scream, Saint Etienne, Super Furry Animals, Ride, My Bloody Valentine and a whole host of others, the imprint was known for taking chances on artists that the major labels wouldn't. And, notoriously, for its ethos of unbridled hedonistic delinquency and ranging rock and roll behaviour.

"I was absolutely delusional," says McGee. "I actually thought I was up there with Beethoven or Shakespeare, that I was creating metaphysical history by running Creation Records."

Booze, drugs, millions of sales, breakdowns and near bankruptcy. This film's got it all.

To celebrate the release of the DVD and Blu Ray, we've teamed up with Sony CMG UK to give away three CD copies of the incredible Upside Down: The Creation Records Story soundtrack. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is answer the following question:

What year was Primal Scream’s Screamadelica released?

A) 1991

B) 2005

C) 1985

Please leave your answer in the comments section below, the closing date for the competition is midnight, May 27.
